Problem Statement
The original Krinner Cloud application was developed years ago, using outdated technology that no longer met the needs of modern project management. Key challenges included:
Outdated technology: The application had not kept pace with technological advancements, limiting its functionality and scalability.
Onsite vs. offsite gap: There was a significant gap in communication and collaboration between the onsite teams (using mobile devices) and the offsite office staff (using the web version).
Real-time data limitations: Admin and field staff were frustrated due to the lack of real-time data analysis for GPS-tracked machines, tools, and cranes. This also extended to difficulties in managing clients, project statuses (active/inactive), and installed screws in machines.

The Solution
After conducting an in-depth audit and analysis of the existing system, we implemented the following solutions:
System Revamp: A modern, intuitive user experience was created, addressing the gap between the onsite and offsite teams. The mobile app was optimized for onsite workers to input data, while the web application enabled office staff to monitor and track real-time data.
Real-Time Data Management: Real-time data analysis became a core feature, allowing staff to track clients, project statuses, GPS locations of machines and screws, and more. This allowed onsite teams to stay synced with office operations, providing seamless project updates.
Finance and Management Tools: The application was expanded to include tools for higher management to keep track of financial records, ensuring that project costs and budgets were fully accounted for.
Streamlined Operations: Users could now easily add new clients, create and manage projects, and monitor machine activity status onsite. This brought a new level of transparency and efficiency to day-to-day operations.
